Ceramic coating is a protective layer applied to your vehicle’s exterior surfaces, which provides long-lasting protection against environmental contaminants, UV rays, and scratches. It also enhances the gloss and makes maintenance easier. Ceramic coating is an excellent investment for preserving your vehicle’s appearance and value.

How long does a ceramic coating last?

The longevity of a ceramic coating depends on the specific product used and how well the coating is maintained. Our SB3 Alpha 5-year ceramic coating and the SB3 Trinity 7-year ceramic coating offer long-lasting protection. Regular maintenance, including proper washing and occasional touch-ups, will help ensure the coating’s longevity.

What is the difference between the various ceramic coating options?

The primary differences between our ceramic coating options are the level of protection, durability, and warranty period. Our SB3 Alpha 5-year ceramic coating provides a high level of protection and durability for up to 5 years, while the SB3 Trinity 7-year ceramic coating offers even more extended protection and a longer warranty period. What is Detail Sector's cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another customer and helps keep our schedule running smoothly.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment within the 24-hour window?

If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that your deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to fill your original time slot with another customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is Detail Sector's deposit policy?

To secure your appointment, we require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of your service when you arrive for your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling outside the 24-hour window, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your rescheduled appointment.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are running late for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your tardiness, but please understand that we may need to reschedule your appointment if it significantly impacts our schedule or the quality of service we can provide. Your deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to reschedule you within our booking system.
